Osi Umenyiora Officially Done for the Season
After a couple of days of speculation as to whether the Pro-bowler would return later in the season, the decision is now official. Umenyiora has been placed on injured reserve and will not be back until next year. Well, crap.
With Strahan staying retired (good for him) after speculation that he we entertaining a conversation with the Giants to come back for one more year, we now have a gaping void at the Defensive End position. It’s going to be interesting to see how Spagnuolo shuffles his crew to maximize its potential and fill in key voids.
